Service Availability

Certificates and Completion

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of program requirements:

• You must complete all required assignments and assessments
• Certificates are issued digitally and may take up to 5 business days
• Certificates verify participation but do not guarantee employment
• False completion claims may result in account termination

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide services "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or job placement

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service

• Fail to pay required fees

You may deactivate your account at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused services.
